Originally from Newport News, VA, after graduating from high school, I attended and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. After graduation, I moved to Northern Virginia where I worked in various industries – including insurance, consulting, hospitality and healthcare. With all of those positions – the common theme was a strong focus on customer service. I am married with three children and we live in Washington, DC.
